Zetalabor condensation silicone is specially designed for dental laboratories, offering high hardness and excellent mechanical properties. This polysiloxane material, when mixed with the Indurent LAB catalyst, delivers impressive final hardness (80 Shore A), superior dimensional stability, remarkable detail reproduction, and high resistance to deformation.

Directions To Use
Zetalabor and Titanium Usage with Indurent LAB Catalyst
Zetalabor and Titanium are intended to be used in combination with the Indurent LAB catalyst (Zhermack). To begin, use the measuring spoon to accurately measure the required quantity of Zetalabor or Titanium. Spread the measured material onto the palm of your hand, ensuring the spoon is filled flush with the surface. To ensure correct measurement, press the rim of the spoon into the material the number of times corresponding to the required amount.
For each measure, add two strips of Zhermack Indurent LAB catalyst, each approximately 4 cm in length.
Mixing and Application
To mix, use your fingertips to fold the material onto itself repeatedly for about 30 seconds until an even, streak-free color is achieved. Once the material is properly mixed, begin shaping it as needed. The total working time, including mixing, is around 2 minutes for Zetalabor, with setting taking approximately 6 minutes.
