Directions To Use
Mixing Instructions:
- Pour the contents of the bag into an airtight container. Ensure the container is stored at a temperature between 5-27°C (41-80°F).
- Use the provided dosing spoon to scoop the powder into a rubber bowl. Level the powder by passing a flat spatula over the spoon.
- Repeat the process until the required amount of powder is obtained.
- For every spoonful of powder, measure out 1/3rd of water.
- Add the water to the powder and mix according to the time specified in the table below.
- Load the mixture onto the impression tray and insert it into the mouth before the working time expires.
- Allow the material to harden and lose its tackiness. Since Tropicalgin is chromatic, the various working phases can be easily identified.
Recommendations:
- Zhermack suggests using ALGHAMIX II for optimal homogeneous and bubble-free mixing of the material.
Cleaning and Disinfection of the Impression:
- Immediately after taking the impression, rinse it thoroughly to remove any saliva traces.
- Drain excess water and disinfect the impression immediately. Immerse it in a disinfectant solution, following the manufacturer’s guidelines for the disinfectant.
- Pour the impression right away using dental stone. If not poured immediately, store it in a sealed bag at room temperature until ready to pour.
