Product Details

The Restorite Nano Hybrid Kit is a complete solution for high-quality composite restorations, covering every step from preparation to finishing. This kit includes key components designed to enhance bonding, durability, and aesthetics for long-lasting results.

  • Etching Gel – A 37% phosphoric acid gel designed to prepare enamel and dentin surfaces for optimal adhesion. Its controlled consistency ensures precise application and effective conditioning.
  • Bonding Agent – A fifth-generation total-etch bonding solution that strengthens the bond between the restoration and the tooth structure, ensuring stability and longevity.
  • Nano Composite – Formulated with urethane dimethacrylate and ultra-fine radiopaque glass fillers, this composite material provides excellent strength, low shrinkage, and natural aesthetics for reliable restorations.
  • Polishing Paste – An alumina-based abrasive that helps achieve a smooth, polished finish on composite restorations and natural teeth. Its controlled flow reduces splattering, making the finishing process clean and efficient.

Features

All-in-One Restorative Kit – Includes essential materials for seamless composite restorations, from etching to final polishing.

Controlled Etching Gel – A precisely formulated gel with optimal viscosity for accurate enamel and dentin conditioning.

Advanced Bonding Technology – A fifth-generation total-etch bonding system that ensures strong adhesion for long-lasting restorations.

Directions To Use

Preparation & Pretreatment

  • Clean the tooth using a non-fluoride polishing paste.
  • Select the appropriate shade while the tooth is moist for accurate color matching.

Cavity Preparation

  • Prepare the cavity using a minimally invasive approach suitable for adhesive techniques.
  • Bevel enamel margins in anterior restorations while avoiding beveling in posterior restorations.
  • Rinse thoroughly with water to remove debris and dry the cavity before isolation.

Pulp Protection & Approximal Contact

  • Apply a thin layer of calcium hydroxide liner for deep cavities near the pulp.
  • Use a transparent matrix to maintain proper approximal contact in multi-surface restorations.

Etching Process

  • Apply an enamel etchant for 30 seconds, followed by dentin etching for an additional 15 seconds.
  • Rinse thoroughly and dry using oil-free compressed air.

Bonding Application

  • Apply 2–3 coats of bonding agent, allowing 15 seconds for absorption per coat.
  • Gently air-dry for five seconds to remove solvents.
  • Light cure for 10 seconds to ensure a strong bond.

Composite Placement

  • Dispense the required amount of nano hybrid composite into the prepared cavity.
  • Sculpt and contour the material, ensuring increments do not exceed 2 mm per layer.

Light Curing

  • Cure each composite layer for 40 seconds using a dental curing light.
  • Position the light as close as possible to the restoration for optimal polymerization.

Finishing & Polishing

  • Use finishing diamonds, discs, silicone polishers, and brushes to shape and refine the restoration.
  • Adjust occlusion and articulation as necessary.
  • Apply a fine polishing paste using low-speed circular motions for a smooth final finish.

Post-Finishing Protection

  • Seal the restoration with a surface sealer to enhance marginal integrity and longevity.
