Product Details

Restorite Flow Viscous is a high-performance, flowable dental composite designed for precision, durability, and patient safety. With an impressive 77% filler content by weight, it delivers superior strength and wear resistance for long-lasting restorations.

Formulated without Bis-GMA, it prioritizes patient comfort while ensuring easy application with its non-dripping consistency. Its excellent flowability allows for precise placement, even in undercuts, enhancing efficiency during procedures. The material integrates seamlessly with various composites, adhesives, and bonding agents, ensuring smooth compatibility in restorative treatments.

With high radiopacity (210% Al), Restorite Flow Viscous ensures exceptional visibility in radiographs, aiding in accurate diagnosis and treatment planning. Its natural color adaptation blends seamlessly with surrounding teeth, providing aesthetic, lifelike restorations.

Indications:

  • Fissure sealing for caries prevention
  • Class V restorations (cervical caries, root erosion, V-shaped defects)
  • Minimally invasive restorations (Class I, II, and III)
  • Enamel defect corrections and minor shape or color adjustments
  • Blocking out undercuts for indirect restorations
  • Fast and easy polishing for a high-gloss finish

Designed for reliability and ease of use, Restorite Flow Viscous ensures superior aesthetics and long-term performance in a wide range of restorative applications.

Directions To Use

  • Preparation: Begin by cleaning and drying the tooth surface following standard dental protocols to ensure optimal bonding and restoration longevity.
  • Isolation: Maintain a dry working area by using a rubber dam or cotton rolls to prevent moisture contamination during the procedure.
  • Matrix Placement (if applicable): If a matrix band is required for the restoration, securely position it around the tooth to assist in achieving proper shape and contour.
  • Mixing: Dispense the necessary amount of Restorite Flow Viscous onto a mixing pad. Blend the material thoroughly using the appropriate tools as per the manufacturer’s recommendations.
  • Application: Apply the mixed Restorite Flow Viscous onto the prepared tooth surface with a suitable instrument, ensuring even distribution and complete coverage.
  • Contouring and Shaping: Shape and refine the material using dental instruments to create an anatomically accurate form and ensure proper functional occlusion.
  • Light Curing: Once the desired shape is achieved, polymerize the material using a dental curing light for the recommended duration to ensure complete curing and strength.
  • Finishing and Polishing: After curing, remove any excess material and refine the restoration using appropriate finishing and polishing tools to achieve a smooth, glossy surface.
  • Check Occlusion: Assess the patient’s bite and make necessary adjustments to ensure proper alignment and function.
  • Final Evaluation: Perform a thorough visual and tactile examination to verify proper adaptation, contour, and aesthetic integration with the surrounding teeth.
  • Post-Operative Instructions: Educate the patient on oral hygiene practices, maintenance of the restoration, and any dietary precautions to prolong its lifespan.
  • Record Keeping: Document all relevant details of the procedure, including materials used and any observations, for future reference in the patient’s dental records.
