Product Details

Prime Dental Restorite Bulk Fill (Flowable) is an advanced, high-performance flowable composite designed to make posterior restorations faster and more efficient. With its high filler content, Restorite Bulk Fill offers exceptional strength and wear resistance, making it an excellent choice for posterior restorations. The flowable consistency ensures ease of placement and optimal adaptation to cavity walls, facilitating a smooth and aesthetically pleasing finish.

Restorite Bulk Fill’s formulation is designed to minimize polymerization shrinkage stress, helping to maintain marginal integrity and enhance the longevity of restorations. Ideal for bulk filling, this composite material allows for quicker, more efficient restorations while delivering reliable and consistent results. Its versatility makes it the go-to solution for a wide range of cavity preparations, offering enhanced performance without the need for complex layering.

Whether used as a base, liner, or bulk filling material, Prime Dental Restorite Bulk Fill streamlines the restoration process, reducing procedure time while ensuring durable, aesthetically pleasing outcomes.

Indications:

  • Fillings with layer thicknesses up to 4mm in Black’s Class I cavities.
  • Base fillings/liners with layer thicknesses up to 4mm in Black’s Class II cavities. For the final layer in Class II cavities, use composites specifically designed for Class II filling.
  • Cavity lining as a first (bottom) layer in Black’s Class I and II cavities.

Features

Single-Layer Application: Eliminates the need for additional layers to cover Class I cavities, simplifying and speeding up the restoration process.

4mm Depth Compatibility: Designed to accommodate 4mm depth for versatile dental restorative applications.

Minimal Shrinkage: Reduces polymerization shrinkage, ensuring fewer voids or gaps in the restoration.

High Filler Content: With 77% filler content, the composite offers excellent durability and strength.

High Radiopacity: 210% AI radiopacity allows for easy differentiation between the filling material and natural tooth substance in follow-up diagnostics.

Compatibility: Works seamlessly with most bonding and composite systems for flexible integration.

Biocompatible Composition: Free of Bis-GMA, HEMA, and TEG-DMA, ensuring safer use and reducing the risk of adverse reactions.

Ease of Polishing: Simple to polish, ensuring smooth, aesthetic, and well-finished restorations.

Directions To Use

Tooth Preparation:

  • Start by preparing the tooth using standard procedures to ensure a clean, dry, and isolated area.
  • Apply a dental etchant to the enamel and dentin to create a rough surface for better bonding.
  • Rinse off the etchant thoroughly and dry the tooth.

Adhesive Application:

  • Apply the appropriate adhesive or bonding agent to the tooth, ensuring full coverage of the etched surfaces.
  • Allow adequate time for the bonding agent to react and form a secure bond.

Dispensing:

  • Use a syringe or applicator to dispense the bulk-fill composite material.
  • Adjust the amount based on the cavity size for precise placement.

Placement:

  • Place the composite material into the cavity or on the prepared tooth, ensuring that it adapts well to the cavity walls.
  • Make sure the composite is evenly distributed without air gaps.

Shaping and Contouring:

  • Use dental instruments to shape the composite and contour it according to the natural anatomy of the tooth.
  • Ensure the surface is smooth and well-defined.

Light-Curing:

  • Light-cure the composite material with a curing light for the recommended time, making sure each section is properly exposed.

Finishing:

  • After curing, finish the restoration by adjusting the occlusion and refining the contours for a natural feel.
  • Ensure that the restoration aligns properly with the patient’s bite.

Polishing:

  • Polish the material to a high shine for an aesthetic finish and smooth texture.
