Access Cavity Preparation – Using a high-speed dental handpiece and suitable burs, create an access opening to expose the pulp chamber and facilitate entry into the root canal system.
Determine Working Length – Establish the correct working length using an apex locator or radiographs. Accurate measurement ensures effective instrumentation while preventing over- or under-preparation.
Initial Canal Exploration – Start with a small-sized K File (#6 or #8) to explore the canal, remove initial debris, and confirm the canal’s patency. Use gentle insertion with controlled movements.
