Directions To Use

File Selection: Choose the correct file size based on the root canal’s dimensions. The files come in sizes ranging from #8 to #80.
Preparing the Root Canal: Clean and shape the access cavity. Start with smaller files or reamers to create a glide path before using H-Files.
Lubrication: Apply a suitable lubricant, such as a water-based gel, to reduce friction and allow smoother file movement.
Insertion: Gently insert the H-File into the canal, ensuring it follows the natural path of the tooth.
Cutting Motion: Use a withdrawal stroke (upward cutting motion) to remove dentin. Avoid twisting or rotating the file to prevent breakage.
Controlled Pressure: Apply gentle and consistent pressure. Excessive force may damage the instrument or tooth structure.
Cleaning the File: After each use, clean the file with a brush to remove debris. Rinse it with a disinfectant solution to maintain hygiene.
