All payments made on Dentxmart are processed through secure and encrypted gateways to ensure your financial information remains safe.
Order Confirmation & Payment Processing
Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS with your order details and invoice.
In case of any payment failure, please check with your bank or payment provider before attempting the transaction again.
If the amount is deducted but the order is not confirmed, the amount will be refunded within 7-10 business days.

Refund Timelines & Process
For Prepaid Orders (Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, etc.):
Refunds will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-48 business hours after receiving the returned product at our warehouse.
It may take an additional 2-3 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
Refunds will be processed via bank transfer after you provide your bank details.
The refund will be initiated within 24-48 business hours after we receive the returned product and your bank details.
The amount may take 2-3 business days to reflect in your account (in some cases, 7-10 days).
Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be processed after the returned product passes the quality check at our warehouse.
The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards intact.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be applicable in the following situations:
If the product is damaged due to misuse, overuse, or improper handling.
If the product is returned without original packaging, labels, or missing accessories.
If the serial number is tampered with.
If the return request is raised after 10 business days from the date of delivery.
If the product is used, altered, or does not pass our quality inspection.
No refunds will be issued for free products, promotional items, or gifts.
Cancellations and Refunds
Order Cancellation Before Shipment: If you cancel your order before it is shipped, the refund will be processed within 24-48 business hours.
Order Cancellation After Shipment: If the order is already shipped, the refund will be processed once the product is received back at our warehouse and passes the quality check.
