Any service charges incurred for technician visits will be reimbursed. If you opt not to use local assistance, we will assess the issue and arrange a return pickup.
If the outer packaging is damaged or the seal is broken, we recommend not accepting the delivery and reporting the issue to our customer support team immediately.
If you receive a damaged, incomplete, or incorrect product, or if any components are missing, please raise a complaint within 48 hours of delivery. We will not accept claims for such issues after this period.
